Rogers Garage
Sale Ordinance
All garage sales located within
the City of Rogers will require a permit.
These permits are free and can be obtained from the front
desk of Rogers City Hall at 301 W. Chestnut. Information regarding this ordinance is as follows:
- A permit shall be secured the week of the garage
sale prior to the sale.
- No more than two (2) sales are allowed on the same
premises in any one calendar year.
- Sales may last no more than three (3) consecutive
calendar days.
- Permits shall be prominently posted on the premises
during the sale.
- Signs may be placed no more than two (2) days prior
to the sale.
- Signs cannot be placed on trees, street signs, stop
signs, light poles, telephone poles, or utility poles of
any kind.
