Video Troubleshooting.

1. If nothing is happening please make sure you have the latest version of Quick Time installed.
                   You can download the program here. This is free and a common program. 

2. Please make sure that you have Internet Explorer 8 or higher. You can check this by holding the "alt" button and the "h" button at the same time. Then clicking on "About Internet Explorer". This site is bested viewed with IE but can also be viewed with Safari 4. Download the latest version of Internet Explorer here.
