The museum's endowment fund was established in 1988 with a bequest from Miss Vera Key. Since that time the fund has grown, making possible improvements such as the 1995 renovation of the Education Annex. In 2009 the Rogers Museum Foundation was established to oversee and to grow that fund. All gifts of $1,000 or over are recognized on the Hall of Honor Donor Board in the lobby.
