Booking Policy

Contact Terrilyn at 479-621-1154 or twendling@rogersark.org to schedule a program or arrange to borrow loan materials.  Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Size:  A minimum of 10 children is required, except for physically- and mentally- challenged classes.

Schedules:  Programs presented at the Museum are usually one hour to 90 minutes in length and are routinely scheduled Tuesday through Friday.  Programs presented at the school are slightly abbreviated and usually last 45 minutes to an hour.  Unless otherwise noted, programs can be taught at the Museum or at the school.

Cancellation/changes:  If you need to cancel or change the number of children attending, please notify the museum as early as possible.
