The Cambridge Trail is a unique trail meandering along
residential and commercial development as well as traversing
a wetland area with an extensive boardwalk. The trail winds
around Cambridge Park in the northwest corner of the city
and stretches northward to connect with the Bentonville
trail system at the Northwest Arkansas Community College
campus. The wetlands and open areas around Cambridge Park
provide abundant opportunities for wildlife sightings along
the trail. A leg of planned trail will eventually extend to
the south from Cambridge Park along North 37th Street, past
commercial development at the Scottsdale Center and through
residential neighborhoods to connect with the southern end
of the Turtle Creek trail section just north of New Hope
Road.
