Lance Jobe named Outstanding Engineer
City of Rogers Engineer Lance Jobe was named the Arkansas
Outstanding Engineer at the Arkansas Chapter of the American
Society of Civil Engineers annual meeting held in North
Little Rock, Arkansas on October 18 and 19, 2012. Lance has
been employed in the City’s Planning and Transportation
Department since August 2008. Jobe graduated from the
University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Civil
Engineering in 1998. He is a registered professional
engineer in the State of Arkansas. Lance is married to
Andrea Jobe. They have two children, Lexa and Logan.

and ASCE Representative Jaysson Funkhouser.
