Consideration of change to allow a gunsmith in Industrial Zones by right. Gunsmith is allowed by right in W-O, C-2 and C-4; and, by conditional use in C-1.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1. A request by Gregory Carranza for a Conditional Use Permit to allow vehicle sales and service for a tire shop at 2501 N. 4th Street in the C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning district.  – Carranza

2. Meals on Wheels for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a community center at 2004 S. 13th Street in the RSF (Residential Single Family) zoning district. – Mangold
