2. A request by Roger Gregory to rezone 0.22 acres at 1015 B West Poplar Street from R-DP (Residential Duplex) to R-O (Residential Office). – Gregory

3. A request by Bread & Butter Café for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a private club in the C-1 (Central Business) zoning district at 113 W. Walnut. – Moran

4. A request by AAR Sales for a Conditional Use Permit to allow vehicle sales and service at 1920 S. 8th Street in the C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning district. – DeLaGarza

5.
