PUBLIC HEARINGS

1. A request by Shiloh Christian School for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a private school at 5403-5407 Pinnacle Point Dr. in the C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning district -Allen

2. A request by Rhonda Schultz to rezone 4614 Garrett Road From A-1 (Agricultural) to the R-SF (Residential Single-family) zoning district -Schultz

3. A request by Michael Schupe for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a secondhand store at 118 W. Elm St. in the. C-1 (Downtown Commercial) zoning district -Schupe

NEW BUSINESS:

1. A request by Dr. Robert Hull to close one entrance on Persimmon St. and add an entrance on 13th St. The new entrance will require a waiver from the Access Management Standards -Hull
