1. Request for a temporary trailer permit on the south side of New Hope Road & So. 1st St. in the North Star Commercial Subdivision in the C-2 9Highway Commercial) zoning district -Fugitt

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1. Request by Tom Arnold for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a private club at 1919 So. 8th St. (Value Inn & Suites) in the C-2 (Highway Commercial) zoning District (request based on new ownership) -Arnold

2. Request by Thomas & Sharon Moore to rezone approx. 1.36 ac. at the NW corner of West Oak St. & 45th St. from A-1 (Agricultural) to the C-3 (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district -Moore
