PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1. Request by Oliver Haynes, LLC to rezone approx. 53.439 ac. From A-1 (Agricultural) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning district with the following underlying zones:
approx. 9.678 ac. To C-3 (Neighborhood Commercial)
approx. 29.04 ac. To C-2 (Highway Commercial)
approx. 14.721 ac. To R-O (Residential Office)
