1. Request by Pinnacle Investments for consideration of a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Concept Plan for The District at
Pinnacle Hills containing approx. 62.72 ac. The site is south of Pauline Whittaker Parkway, east of Pinnacle Hills Parkway in the A-1 (Agricultural) zoning district -Nazario

2. Request by Thornhart Ventures, LLC for consideration of a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Concept Plan for Twin Bridges containing approx. 21.91 ac. The site is located at 5723 Stoneybrook Road in the A-1 (Agricultural) zoning district -Thibodaux
