Project E.L.F. stands for Elderly Law Enforcement Friendship. Each year around Christmas time, members of the Rogers Police Department reach out to some of our greatest residents, our elderly. This program is designed to help develop relationships with a portion of our community who have helped build our community over the years. One of the ways we do this is to take a small gift to some of our less mobile and sometimes isolated residents and spend a little time with them. We listen to stories of their experiences, remind them to contact us anytime they have a need, and even change light bulbs.
